Staff and rooms were the best things. The place was near Munich heart of the city. Also, Promenadeplatz was max 20 minutes walk to.

Rooms were stylish and warm, decent location. The breakfast was perfect, had variety of options. I booked a room with a great bed, central heating, a safe and a sitting area. I appreciated hotel's affable staff. Walking distance to a convenience store and a pharmacy across the street. In general the service was good too.
